As owners of the Townhouse Hotel it is critical that we meet dead lines and have minimal downtime on renovations. Jai has always achieved these time restraints with good time management, organising other trades to follow one another and get the dead line met.
During a recent emergency situation at the Townhouse Hotel (fire in our commercial kitchen) which caused considerable damage and we had to close our restaurant and bar. We called Jai and he dropped tools to come and help us get back on track. Jai coordinated other contractors and had us back up and running in a minimum of down time. Thanks to his quick thinking and help with his team and other trades we were able to trade again 10 days after the fire. Even the assessors were amazed at the speed of our repairs.
We purchased an original 1960’s hi rise apartment in Sydney which we commissioned Jai Warden builders to renovate. The constraints of that development due to its location were vast and at times out of everyone’s hands. Strata compliance and approvals etc. Jai managed this development using all Wagga trades and sourcing local Sydney firms to fill in when needed, not an easy task. His cooperation with strata was complimented to us by our strata managers. To the point that Jai was offered further work within that building!”
